ClientPing, Repsight and CandleFeed each have their own terms of service on their own website. Those terms, not these, govern your use of each product, including accounts, billing and data.

2. Using this website

You may browse and read foxsoft.io for your own information. Please don’t try to disrupt the site, access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Content and trademarks

The text, design, graphics and logos on foxsoft.io belong to Foxsoft LLC or its licensors. Foxsoft, ClientPing, Repsight and CandleFeed are names and marks of Foxsoft LLC. Other names mentioned on the site, such as Google, Microsoft, Clio, Yelp, Avvo and the exchanges CandleFeed collects data from, are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify those companies and their services, for example the calendars and software our products connect to, the review sites they link to and the exchanges whose public market data CandleFeed provides. Mentioning them doesn’t mean they sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Foxsoft.

The site links to other websites. We’re not responsible for their content or their practices.

5. No warranty

We work to keep the information on foxsoft.io accurate and current, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Product details on this site are summaries. Each product’s own website is the authoritative source for features and pricing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Foxsoft LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that arise from your use of this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn’t take away any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
