Website Privacy Policy

This policy covers the foxsoft.io website, which Foxsoft LLC (“Foxsoft”, “we”, “us”) operates. ClientPing, Repsight and CandleFeed each have their own privacy policy on their own website. Those policies cover your use of those products.

The short version: foxsoft.io has no accounts, no forms and no cookies. We count page views without identifying you.

What this website collects

You can’t sign up, log in or submit a form on foxsoft.io. The site doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t store anything on your device. The fonts are served from foxsoft.io itself, so your browser doesn’t contact a font service.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn’t use cookies. When you visit, your browser sends Cloudflare standard request details, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you visited and the page that linked you there. Cloudflare uses these only to produce combined counts, such as views per page and visits per country. It doesn’t use them to identify you, build a profile or track you across sites.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts foxsoft.io. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and request details when your browser loads a page, and may keep basic request logs, including IP addresses, for security. Cloudflare does this for us as our service provider.

Emailing us

If you email support@foxsoft.io, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply to you and to fix problems. We don’t add you to a mailing list. Our email provider stores these messages for us as our service provider. We keep your emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Why we use this information

If you’re in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the law requires a legal basis for using personal information. Ours is our legitimate interest in running a secure website, understanding which pages are useful, and answering the messages you send us. You can object at any time by writing to us.

Who receives it

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising. The only other parties that receive it are the service providers named above: Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, and our email provider for messages you send. Cloudflare may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

Links to other websites

Pages on foxsoft.io link to other websites, including clientping.com, repsight.com and candlefeed.ai. When you follow a link, that website’s own privacy policy applies.

Children

foxsoft.io isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

The site has no accounts, so the only personal information we hold about you is any email you’ve sent us. You can ask us to access, correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Write to support@foxsoft.io. If you’re in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.

The site doesn’t track you across other websites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
